　你能想像什麼是網路生活嗎?例如部落格Blog, 線上百科Wiki及社會網站等等，都是社會合作技術所發展出非常快速成長的虛擬社會。大家可以在此虛擬社會中分享資訊及保持人與人之間的聯繫。如雨後春筍般發展到Web 2.0個人特色變得十分重要也是必要條件了。Web 2.0 允許個人自由發想，彼此激發靈感；提供創新、資訊在此虛擬社會中互相流通。
　Blog是最近成長最快的網際網路，它容易維護、更新的日誌。網站提供訊息、資訊分享與交流。更重要的是它是彈性、方便的場所，給個人發展、維繫線上的人際關係。有趣的是，Blog可互相利用超連結雙相連結，達到自然形成的社群。
